What do you think is the best way to prevent DOMS (post-exercise muscle soreness)?

Yes, it’s the age old question. I think even the dinosaurs had an opinion on this one – T-Rex after leg day (ouch)! Is it healthful will give you the scientific answer later today, but we’re curious to hear your thoughts. Seriously.
